Green Vegetables

Leafy vegetables such as spinach contain a lots of nutrients that prevent hair loss. Vitamin A, iron, carotene, folate and vitamin C all work together to keep your hair moisturized and provide a healthy scalp and mane.


Sea Foods

Oysters contain a lots of zinc. When you lack it in your diet, you have hair loss even your eye lashes. You can also find this mineral in lobster, crabs and fortified cereals.

Grains, cereals, pastas and soya beans and lentils contain iron. Iron prevent hair loss. Organ meat like kidney are also rich in iron. Dark leafy greens also contain irons.


Fish Diet

Omega-3 fatty acids are present in fish like mackerel, sardines, and salmon which can keep your hair growing, shiny and full. Your body can not produce these healthy fat, you need to get them from food or supplements.


Guava Fruit

Guava is rich in vitamin C. it keeps your hair from breaking. A cup of guava contains 378 milligrams of vitamin C. this is 4times more than minimum daily recommended amount.


Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is packed with protein which is a major building blocks of your hair. Vitamin B5 present in Greek yogurt helps with blood flow to your scalp and hair growth. It also prevent your hair against hair thinning and loss.
